A triple crème, brie-like cheese, Saint Angel is a modern interpretation of the first triple crème (Brillat-Savarin). Made using a large amount of added cream, Saint Angel uses ultra-filtration to process its milk. This produces the extremely smooth and butter-like texture that the cheese is known for. This superbly luxurious cheese has a rigid white rind with a butter-forward flavor and beautiful tangy finish.
Saint Angel is made in France using pasteurized cow’s milk with added cream and Microbial rennet. Saint Angel is cut, by hand, when you order it. For this reason, weights are approximate.
