Every year, on the third Thursday of November, the new vintage of Beaujolais Nouveau is released, just in time for the holidays.  Most of us have tried the fresh, fruity, and light Nouveau (which is perfect for the Thanksgiving mountain of food), but less common are the Crus of Beaujolais.  These Crus are more complex, many age-worthy, deeper in color and fuller in texture.  Stop in to try a few of our favorites, you will be surprised by how different these are from the standard Nouveau!
